I know that when you have been charged with a crime or if you’ve been living with a criminal record, things may seem hopeless. However, I am committed to you and passionate about making sure you get that second chance that you have a right to. As your expungement attorney, I will make sure you feel confident and empowered as you move into the future.

I know that when clients feel empowered, they are able to more clearly articulate their goals and tell their story. They are able to prepare for and mitigate against potential challenges. Most importantly, when clients feel empowered, they are able to keep moving their lives forward after the case. I will make sure that you fully understand what it will take to reach our goals and what we are doing to reclaim your rights, so you can feel confident and have a positive outlook as we go through the legal process.

You don’t have to be haunted by your criminal past. We can get your record expunged or sealed, so you can move into the future. When we get your record expunged, you will be able to obtain that job, housing, the loan you need, or be accepted to an educational program. You will have the opportunity to shape your future. As Your Expungement Attorney,
I Will Not Leave You in the Dark

When you work with me at XpungeIndy, you will never have to wonder what the case strategy is. You’ll never have to worry about missing documents. You will not go days or weeks on end without communication from me. You will be fully informed about the process and feel confident in the case because you will be involved. I know that communication is one of the most important things I can do as your expungement attorney, so I will never leave you in the dark.

Throughout My Career, I Have Worked to Protect People in the Legal System

Since I was young, I have always wanted to be part of the criminal justice system. I love solving problems and helping clients who are facing one of the most difficult times in their lives. I started pursuing this passion as soon as I was in undergraduate school and I clerked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Juvenile Justice Bureau. Throughout law school I clerked at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in the Homicide Task Force and in a private practice that focused on federal white-collar defense. I also worked for the Pro Bono Litigation Clinic at UIC John Marshall Law School.

Now I am able to use my education and practical experience to help those accused of a crime or living with a criminal record. One case I’m proud of is when I represented a client who was charged with a DUI, which was their first criminal offense. My client was also a DACA recipient and this charge would have blocked that renewal. After intense negotiations with the prosecutor I was able to amend that DUI to Reckless Driving. Because of that, my client was able to keep their DACA status and will be able to expunge their record in the future.

Every day I am grateful that I get to use my skills and experience to help my clients get the best outcome possible. If you are looking for a highly motivated expungement attorney that is committed to ensuring you get your second chance, contact XpungeIndy.
